In 1990, an entrepreneurial intuition born form comparing the Italian Waste Management realities with the environmental management models of other countries ecological platforms, gave birth to AMBIENTE.

Over the years, the men and women of AMBIENTE S.p.A., regardless of their roles, have made the utmost effort to respond the ever-changing and exciting challenges of the market. Transforming a reality rooted deep in family history into a leading industry on the market of recovery materials derived from the recycling process.

After nine years AMBIENTE S.p.A. becomes a CSS (Selection Center) plant by designing and building a highly automated plant, with high production and selection capabilities. The original Waste Management business has expanded considerably over the years, allowing the Company to offer a wide and diversified range of services, capable of reaching over one hundred municipalities and public utility companies throughout the entire territory of Campania Region.

The work, however, never stops, as does the search for new technologies and the motivation to set and achieve increasingly challenging goals. Therefore, 2016 was for Ambiente S.p.A., the year of the first revamp of the selection plant, becoming the most technologically advanced platform in Europe.

The market is constantly evolving and AMBIENTE S.p.A. does not remain on the sidelines: the technologies improvement and new objectives await us.
